By accessing revndev.co, booking a strategy sprint, or integrating our execution team, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these rules, you must cease all interaction with our platform immediately.
2. Scope of Services
RevNDev Studios operates as a unified venture studio providing system architecture, frontend development, and go-to-market execution. Specific deliverables, timelines, and equity/capital agreements are strictly governed by individual Master Service Agreements (MSAs) signed prior to project deployment.
3. Intellectual Property
All proprietary methodologies, brand assets, and content displayed on this website remain the exclusive intellectual property of RevNDev Studios. Codebases and systems engineered for clients are transferred according to the stipulations outlined in their respective MSAs.
4. Limitation of Liability
We engineer systems designed to scale, but our digital assets are provided on an 'AS IS' basis without warranties of any kind, explicit or implied. RevNDev Studios shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from market conditions or third-party API failures.
5. Governing Law
These terms, and any operational disputes arising from them, are governed exclusively by the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding related to this website or our services shall be instituted within the jurisdictions of India.
